CONTROL OVER REGIONAL TECHNOTRONIC SECURITY USING SECURITY, VULNERABILITY AND PROOFNESS INDEXES
Control problem of regional security is considered as a complex system. The regional safety is achieved by controlling the territorial risks. For risk assessment under conditions of incomplete information it is proposed to use index approach. The constructed indexes are the basis for development of security policy and priority settings for resources allocation.
