THE CONTINUOUSLY DETERMINED MODELING OF ELECTROOPTICAL SPECTRUM OF THE SUBSTANCE. I
We investigate the possibility of the correct mathematical description of electronic properties of various dielectric environments synthesized on the basic equations of the classical theory of polarization. In the first part of the work we consider the fundamental ratios connecting hydrogen spectral series with radiuses of their electronic orbits.
