THE QUANTITATIVE ESTIMATION OF CONTROLLABILITY AND OBSERVABILITY OF COMPLEX DYNAMIC NETWORKS
A method of quantitative estimation of controllability and observability of complex dynamical networks is considered in the paper. The author proposed to use metrics of controllability and observability, which are given in the form of functions of knot set in the network. They are constructed as functions of the eigenvalues of gramian controllability and observability of network nodes. It is shown that the functions of the eigenvalues of gramian controllability and observability of network nodes are modular. It is suggested using quantitative measures for estimating interaction of complex dynamic network nodes based on construction of the crossgramians. In conclusion there was made an estimation of the uncertainty of the interaction measure of the network nodes.
