CYBERNETIC MODELING OF ELECTRONIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HYDROGEN AND HELIUM. II

The fundamental mathematical models of elastic electronic polarization and atomic structure of the considered substances are considered. An alternative interpretation of their electronic configuration is proposed. In the second part of the work the results of deterministic modeling the 70spatial disposition of the electronic levels of hydrogen are presented.
