MODEL ESTIMATES OF THE PHYTOPLANKTON REPRODUCTION VOLUME WITH REGARD FOR CLIMATE VARIABILITY IN THE AREA OF THE WESTERN KAMCHATKA SHELF
The paper studies the model of phytoplankton vertical distribution in a fixed water column. The model is based on the concept of the fitness function. The paper also examines the use of the remote-sensed data for the assessment of the bioresource potential in the designated water geographic area.
