MULTITHREADED DATA PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF THE AUTOMATIC NUMBER-PLATE RECOGNITION SOFTWARE SYSTEM “FBEHOLDER”
The paper presents the technology for creating a multithreaded data processing system based on an information graph and pipeline processing for automatic number-plate recognition. The architecture of the developed software package “FBeholder” is described, as well as the structure of the graph for parsing video data.
