SIMULATING THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING MEDICAL SERVICES FOR A VIRTUAL PATIENT AT THE CLINIC APPOINTMENT WITH THE GENERAL PRACTITIONER IN MARS SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT
The paper presents the model of providing medical services for a virtual patient at the clinic appointment with the general practitioner. The simulation results help to deter-mine the number of unattended patients, as well as the number of doctors needed, they can be used to estimate the time of service and develop recommendations for queues elimination.
