Fuzzy competencies model synthesis of industrial OPERATING STAFF
In article competencies model synthesis of industrial enterprise technicians with use of fuzzy logic instruments is considered. In the first part of work model requirements are generated, the synthesis technique fuzzy model is offered. In the second part the example of fuzzy model synthesis by means of package Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of Matlab environment is adduced.
