Cybernetic theory of polarization of alkali-haloids crystals. II

Considered collection of scientific positions, formed from positions of ideology cybernetic physicists and allowing effectively describe polarizations characteristic of ion crystals. In second part of work described system model to springy electronic polarizations alkali-haloids crystals, allowing effectively imitate details electronic-atomic construction of their elementary cells.
