The process of structure selforganization of biological liquids at degidration: system analysis
The analysis of mechanisms of drying environment drops structuring was done on the basis of references and many years researches of the character and peculiarities of crystallization of different biological substrates of animals and people body. The role of crystal-regulating complex and crystalloproteom in the forming of crystallograms and thesigrams is identified.
