Robust system with dynamic predictor-compensator for nonstationary control delayed plant

This work deals with robust control system synthes based on the Popov's absolute stability criterion. A class of nonstationary, parametrically uncertain objects with time delay control is considered. Minimal structural complexity reference model and dynamic predictor-compensator have been used.
