About the development of the conception of system-making function of biological synchronization. The scheme of a body as a frequency matrix

The role of synchronization in self organization of cerebrum rhythmic activity by the example of forming of central frequencies harmonic series of background domineering rhythm is viewed in the article. The scheme of a body is developed as a multi frequency matrix that consists of seven octaves and reflects its segment structure. The questions of functionally finished frequency construction of non-specific activating system of cerebrum are discussed.
