Application of step-be-step discriminant analysis at the research of immune status charactersitics depending on hormonal pattern in pregnant women with herpes virus infection
Pregnant women with acute chronic herpes virus infection were tested for immune status characteristics and hormones (estradiol, estriol, cortisol) in the peripheral blood. By step-bystep discriminant analysis the dependence of cell and humoral components of immunity on hormonal changes at different antibody titers to the virus of herpes was revealed.
