System approach to creation of competence in the field of mathematical statistics for students of medical high schools
Methods of evidence based medicine (EBM) are accepted as a state policy of all European countries. Still, their use in medical education in Russia is being hampered by certain factors. This survey is a look at how it is possible to effectively use e-learning in medical education and what steps are to be made in that direction.
