J-MATRIX PARAMETRIZATION OF THE SCATTERING PHASE SHIFTS:

The algorithms and program complex of programs, realized the J-matrix parametrization for the experimental scattering phase shifts, are described. The convergence of the results in dependence from the method parameters is investigated on an example of the scattering nucleons on the helium nuclei.
