SINGLE TABLE QUERY EXECUTION MODEL IN PARALLEL COLUMN-ORIENTED DATABASE MANAGMENT SYSTEM AND ITS ADEQUACY ANALYSIS
A new query execution model with plan πA(σF(R)) is introduced in this article. Laplas-Stiltes transform (LST) of such query execution time in Parallel Column-Oriented Database Management System (PCO DBMS) is produced. Variants of LST for different architecture types of parallel database systems and for different execution modes are analyzed. The comparison of the calculated average query execution time with the results of experiment is given in the article.
