THE ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING OF TECHNOGENIC RISKS
Some approaches to the decision of the risk management problem of complex engineering systems with responsible appointment are considered in the article. The responsible appointment is based on ideas of the functional-parametrical approach in the reliability theory. The risk management technology, which bases on individual forecasting of the system parameter variation processes, is offered.
