MODEL OF RECOGNIZING OPERATORS BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF NEAREST NEIGHBOR IN CONDITION OF FEATURES’ CORRELATIONS
A new approach to building of recognizing operators on the base of features’ correlations’ estimates is considered. On the base of this approach and considering the principle of nearest neighbor the modification of the recognizing operators model is proposed.
