TRANSPORT FUNCTION OF CELLUAR MEMBRANES
In the literature there is no any description of application of the metachromatic stain method of membranes in fabric structures. This method can help to estimate if a membrane is in functionally favorable conditions (permeability is not broken) or with weak metachromatic stain there is the infringement of distance between COOH¯ groups, which results in pore diameter increasing. So the membrane becomes open for large-dispersions structures. It is discovered that the herpes-viral infection increases pore diameter of membranes syncythiotrophoblast and also makes its open for large-dispersions structures.
