INDIRECT VISUALIZATION OF THE NANOSTRUCTURES OF CUBICAL OXIDE CRYSTALS
The article examines the effectiveness of cybernetic simulation of electronic polarization characteristics of elastic crystalline oxides. There are the results of the calculation of frequency spectra, as well as arising on their basis geometrical models of electronic configuration for crystals of the cubic crystal system.
