QUALITY OF DATA MODEL SCHEMES. PRINCIPLE OF MINIMAL REDUNDANCY AND MINIMUM REDUNDANT STRUCTURES OF DATA MODELS. II

In the first part of this article the generated kinds of redundant data such as synthetic types and calculated attributes have been described and investigated. The distinctive features of the synthetic types have been selected. The necessity of including of such kinds in the data models as main types have been substantiated. The calculated attributes, which have been demonstrated, must reflect current statuses of the domain entities. If the relative locations of the entities and the integrated accounting are specified we are proposed to utilize the specific kind of the structure which involves the quantitative attributes as the “cross” data. The condition of the expediency of the calculated attributes availability as the part of data model structures has been laid down.
