MODEL, ALGORITHMS, AND SOFTWARE-HARDWARE COMPLEX FOR LIGHTING CONTROL ON THE BASE OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION
The model, algorithms, and software-hardware complex for lighting control on the base of motion sensors and closed circuit Television (CCTV) are proposed. The article describes the algorithm and the development of the software for lighting control and detection of people in the video stream. This approach considerably expands the possibilities of CCTV.
