NONPARAMETRIC ESTIMATION OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL EQUATION OF SEPARATING SURFACE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF INCOMPLETE DATA AND IT’S PROPERTY
The article investigates asymptotic properties of nonparametric estimate of the decision function in the space of independent attributes of classified objects. On this basis within a learning sample it is defined how incomplete data can influence its efficiency.
