METHOD OF ELABORATION OF VIRTUAL ANALYZERS FOR NONLINEAR TECHNOLOGICAL OBJECTS

The article discusses the problem of detecting the factors that affect the accuracy of the indicator identifiability of the model of nonlinear control object. The authors of the article offered a method of choice of its threshold value, based on the physico-chemical essence of technological object during type formation of nonlinear functions on each of inputs of the virtual analyzer. There is an example of model construction of the virtual analyzer on the basis of the proposed method as applied to the technological object of high-duty.
