THE INFLUENCE OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION ON THE INCREASE OF FAT ACIDS PEROXIDES IN MEMBRANES OF LYMPHOCYTES

The exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection damages the structure of lymphocyte membranes because of increasing of the fat acids peroxides when herpes virus meets the membrane. At that phosphatidylethanolamine decreases and phosphatidylcholine rate grows. Peripheral blood of pregnant women in the third trimester of gestation contains much less of Tsuppressors, which proves the onset of fetoplacental insufficiency. The model for predicting of threat of lymphocytes destruction has been developed.
