Cybernetic theory of polarization of alkali-haloids crystals. III

Considered collection of scientific positions, formed from positions of ideology cybernetic physicists and allowing effectively describe polarizations characteristic of ion crystals. In third part of work parsed cybernetic model to springy ion polarizations alkali-haloids crystals, allowing effectively calculate their frequency spectrums, as well as define energy parameters of crystals.
