DEFORMABILITY OF ERYTHROCYTES IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF PREGNANT WOMEN DURING EXACERBATION OF HERPES-VIRUS INFECTION IN THE THIRD TRIMESTER OF GESTATION
We studied the factors acting on the erythrocytes of the peripheral blood of pregnant women during exacerbation of herpes-virus infection. The data obtained suggest that viral infection changes the frame properties of proteins of erythrocyte membranes, which causes deformation of erythrocytes, contributing to the formation of tissue hypoxia.
