METHOD OF CALCULATION OF DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF POLARIZING PROCESSES
The way of definition of numerical values of dynamic parameters complex polarizability particles of the dielectric materials, based on the mathematical analysis of their experimental optical spectra is considered. Practical design procedures of considered sizes for elastic and relaxation polarizing processes are resulted.
