DEFINITION OF OPTIMUM PARAMETERS AND STRUCTURE OF FUZZY PD-REGULATOR

Traditional linear proportional-integral-differential controllers (PID and its modifications P, PI, PD) often do not provide satisfactory control quality of real mostly non-linear industrial facilities. Under these conditions, fuzzy controllers of this type show their high efficiency and they can become non-linear and well suited for control of nonlinear industrial objects due to the choice of parameters. In this paper it is proposed a simplified method for determining the optimum parameters of the fuzzy PD controller with the use of MATLAB and the individual provisions of the fuzzy linearization method.
